DERBY - Smoothie Recipes

( "derby " Banana , Strawberry ,  Almond )

 Create a balanced breakfast with loads of protein, fiber and phytochemicals. 
You’ll have great energy and nutrition before you even leave for work.























Ingredients :

  • 2 ripe "derby "bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/4 cup whole natural almonds
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

In a blender, combine the cranberry juice, yogurt, bananas, strawberries, almonds and ice cubes, and puree until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 4.

Sestavine :

2 zrele "derby" banane, olupljene in narezane

2 skodelici brusničnega soka

2 skodelici navadnega nemastnega jogurta

1/2 lb. sveže jagode, 

1/4  mandljev

1  skodelica ledene kocke

Ustvariti uravnotežen zajtrk s  beljakovinami, vlakninami in fitokemikalijam. Imeli boste veliko energije in se boste super počutili, še preden   se odpravite v službo oziroma ostalim dejavnostim.

Navodila za uporabo:
V mešalniku zmešajte z brusnični sok, jogurt, banane, jagode, mandlji in ledene kocke,  dokler se ne ne naredi gladka penina. Nalijemo v kozarce in ponudimo.  Služi 4.
